CDK12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDK12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,369 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDK12-associated genes across cancer lineages are GFRAL, MRAP, and OR56A1. Each is linked with CDK12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK12-to-partner and partner-to-CDK12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GFRAL grouped by CDK12-low versus CDK12-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDK12→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDK12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
