CDK11A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDK11A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,160 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDK11A-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC66A2, KNSTRN, and POLA2. Each is linked with CDK11A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK11A-to-partner and partner-to-CDK11A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC66A2 grouped by CDK11A-low versus CDK11A-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDK11A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDK11A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
