Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDK11A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,519 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDK11A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I, Regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, and Regulation of double-strand break repair. Each is linked with CDK11A in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK11A-to-partner and partner-to-CDK11A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I grouped by CDK11A-low versus CDK11A-high in BONE.
