CDK11A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDK11A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDK11A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCT8L2, TRARG1, and LHCGR. Each is linked with CDK11A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK11A-to-partner and partner-to-CDK11A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCT8L2 grouped by CDK11A-low versus CDK11A-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDK11A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDK11A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
