CDK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 310 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3173, MIR7973-1, and RNA5SP361. Each is linked with CDK1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK1-to-partner and partner-to-CDK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3173 grouped by CDK1-low versus CDK1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
