CDIPT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDIPT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,403 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDIPT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SAMSN1_S23, P2RY8_S324, and MRTFB. Each is linked with CDIPT in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDIPT-to-partner and partner-to-CDIPT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDIPT versus SAMSN1_S23 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDIPT→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDIPT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
