CDIPT

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDIPT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,563 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDIPT-associated genes across cancer lineages are PBXIP1, NXPH3, and CDCA2. Each is linked with CDIPT in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDIPT-to-partner and partner-to-CDIPT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDIPT versus PBXIP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDIPT→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDIPT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
