CDIP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDIP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,228 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BEX2, GABARAPL2, and ROGDI. Each is linked with CDIP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDIP1-to-partner and partner-to-CDIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDIP1 versus BEX2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
