CDIP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4445, RN7SL429P, and RPL31P9. Each is linked with CDIP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDIP1-to-partner and partner-to-CDIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4445 grouped by CDIP1-low versus CDIP1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
