CDHR5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDHR5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 650 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDHR5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR5680, PLD6, and MRPS15P1. Each is linked with CDHR5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDHR5-to-partner and partner-to-CDHR5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR5680 grouped by CDHR5-low versus CDHR5-high in LGG.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDHR5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDHR5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
