Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CDHR2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CDHR2 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher CDHR2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CDHR2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and UCEC show a favorable association.
SCLC, STAD, and LIHC are the cancer types where CDHR2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
