CDHR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDHR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,423 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDHR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZWINT, SKA1, and TIPIN. Each is linked with CDHR2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDHR2-to-partner and partner-to-CDHR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZWINT grouped by CDHR2-low versus CDHR2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDHR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDHR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
