CDHR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDHR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,633 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDHR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRIT2, C16orf96, and C10orf99. Each is linked with CDHR1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDHR1-to-partner and partner-to-CDHR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDHR1 versus LRIT2 in LARGE_INTESTINE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDHR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDHR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
