CDHR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDHR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDHR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RETN, DAZ4, and OR56B1. Each is linked with CDHR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDHR1-to-partner and partner-to-CDHR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RETN grouped by CDHR1-low versus CDHR1-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDHR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDHR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
