CDH7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDH7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 254 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH7-associated genes across cancer lineages are LCE1F, TRIML1, and KCNK18. Each is linked with CDH7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH7-to-partner and partner-to-CDH7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LCE1F grouped by CDH7-low versus CDH7-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
