CDH6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDH6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,950 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH6-associated genes across cancer lineages are HAT1, CKAP2L, and CDCA2. Each is linked with CDH6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH6-to-partner and partner-to-CDH6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HAT1 grouped by CDH6-low versus CDH6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
