Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDH6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 82 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH6-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, Cyclin-B1, and FoxM1. Each is linked with CDH6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH6-to-partner and partner-to-CDH6 results are reported.
