CDH5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDH5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH5-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with CDH5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH5-to-partner and partner-to-CDH5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by CDH5-low versus CDH5-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
