CDH5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDH5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 108 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH5-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL17F, LYZL1, and AKAP4. Each is linked with CDH5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH5-to-partner and partner-to-CDH5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL17F grouped by CDH5-low versus CDH5-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
