CDH24

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDH24 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 752 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH24-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-340P, MIR548T, and LINC02559. Each is linked with CDH24 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH24-to-partner and partner-to-CDH24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-340P grouped by CDH24-low versus CDH24-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH24→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
