CDH22

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDH22 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,887 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH22-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC86, CRYBB2P1, and PARP2. Each is linked with CDH22 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH22-to-partner and partner-to-CDH22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCDC86 grouped by CDH22-low versus CDH22-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH22→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
