CDH22

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDH22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 737 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH22-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions, RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions with bulged adenosine as nucleophile, and mRNA splicing, via spliceosome. Each is linked with CDH22 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH22-to-partner and partner-to-CDH22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions grouped by CDH22-low versus CDH22-high in OVARY.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH22→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
