CDH22

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDH22 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 396 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH22-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNA2, MAP2K4, and TMEM272. Each is linked with CDH22 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH22-to-partner and partner-to-CDH22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IFNA2 grouped by CDH22-low versus CDH22-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH22→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
