CDH2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,500 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CEP170, FKBP10, and LOXL2. Each is linked with CDH2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH2-to-partner and partner-to-CDH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDH2 versus CEP170 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
