CDH2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDH2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,020 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPC6, MIR100HG, and DAPP1. Each is linked with CDH2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH2-to-partner and partner-to-CDH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDH2 versus GPC6 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
