Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,375 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDH2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Neuroligin clustering involved in postsynaptic membrane assembly, Positive regulation of stress fiber assembly, and Establishment of Golgi localization. Each is linked with CDH2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH2-to-partner and partner-to-CDH2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Neuroligin clustering involved in postsynaptic membrane assembly grouped by CDH2-low versus CDH2-high in PANCREAS.
