CDH2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 327 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL1, KRTAP4-12, and GPR63. Each is linked with CDH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH2-to-partner and partner-to-CDH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYL1 grouped by CDH2-low versus CDH2-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
