CDH13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDH13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,659 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TIMP2, PCOLCE, and PDGFRB. Each is linked with CDH13 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH13-to-partner and partner-to-CDH13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDH13 versus TIMP2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH13→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
