CDH13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDH13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,634 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH13-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAJC8, DEPDC1, and YIPF6. Each is linked with CDH13 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH13-to-partner and partner-to-CDH13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNAJC8 grouped by CDH13-low versus CDH13-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH13→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
