CDH13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDH13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 237 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH13-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELAC1, TFAP2D, and IL1F10. Each is linked with CDH13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH13-to-partner and partner-to-CDH13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ELAC1 grouped by CDH13-low versus CDH13-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH13→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
