CDH12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDH12 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 93 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH12-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, Cyclin-B1, and Snail. Each is linked with CDH12 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH12-to-partner and partner-to-CDH12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by CDH12-low versus CDH12-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH12→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
