CDH12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDH12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,990 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH12-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM133A, ZNF229, and ZNF215. Each is linked with CDH12 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH12-to-partner and partner-to-CDH12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDH12 versus FAM133A in SKIN, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH12→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
