CDH12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDH12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 157 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH12-associated genes across cancer lineages are GHRHR, PCARE, and LHFPL1. Each is linked with CDH12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH12-to-partner and partner-to-CDH12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GHRHR grouped by CDH12-low versus CDH12-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH12→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
