CDH11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDH11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,621 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PALLD, ACTN1, and P3H3. Each is linked with CDH11 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH11-to-partner and partner-to-CDH11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDH11 versus PALLD in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH11→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
