CDH11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDH11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,831 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH11-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAPCD2, WDR5, and SCUBE2. Each is linked with CDH11 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH11-to-partner and partner-to-CDH11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SAPCD2 grouped by CDH11-low versus CDH11-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH11→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
