CDH11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDH11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 537 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH11-associated genes across cancer lineages are ETDC, SLC28A1, and PRND. Each is linked with CDH11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH11-to-partner and partner-to-CDH11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ETDC grouped by CDH11-low versus CDH11-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH11→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
