CDH10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDH10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,843 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH10-associated genes across cancer lineages are EXO1, CDCA2, and UBE2T. Each is linked with CDH10 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH10-to-partner and partner-to-CDH10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EXO1 grouped by CDH10-low versus CDH10-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH10→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
