CDH10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDH10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 883 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH10-associated genes across cancer lineages are TGS1, CCDC117, and FOXR1. Each is linked with CDH10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH10-to-partner and partner-to-CDH10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TGS1 grouped by CDH10-low versus CDH10-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH10→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
