CDH1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,451 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FTLP14, CGN, and ARFGEF3. Each is linked with CDH1 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH1-to-partner and partner-to-CDH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDH1 versus FTLP14 in SKCM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
