CDH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,133 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RASAL3, IL9R, and ARHGAP9. Each is linked with CDH1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH1-to-partner and partner-to-CDH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RASAL3 grouped by CDH1-low versus CDH1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
