CDH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDH1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 64 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Bax, E-Cadherin, and Bcl-2. Each is linked with CDH1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH1-to-partner and partner-to-CDH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Bax grouped by CDH1-low versus CDH1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
