CDCP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDCP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,563 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDCP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLOD3, MYD88, and NAMPT. Each is linked with CDCP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDCP1-to-partner and partner-to-CDCP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDCP1 versus PLOD3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDCP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDCP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
