CDCP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDCP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,589 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDCP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGB3P26, ELMOD2, and GLRX5. Each is linked with CDCP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDCP1-to-partner and partner-to-CDCP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMGB3P26 grouped by CDCP1-low versus CDCP1-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDCP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDCP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
