CDCP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDCP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 63 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDCP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MT1B, GPR151, and OR10T2. Each is linked with CDCP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDCP1-to-partner and partner-to-CDCP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MT1B grouped by CDCP1-low versus CDCP1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDCP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDCP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
