Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CDCA7L Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CDCA7L data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher CDCA7L Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CDCA7L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, LIHC, and SKCM are the cancer types where CDCA7L Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
