Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDCA7L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,077 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDCA7L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of chromosome separation, DNA strand elongation, and Regulation of cell cycle G2/M phase transition. Each is linked with CDCA7L in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDCA7L-to-partner and partner-to-CDCA7L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of chromosome separation grouped by CDCA7L-low versus CDCA7L-high in PANCREAS.
