Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CDCA5 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CDCA5 data layer compared with 31 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher CDCA5 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CDCA5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV, LUAD, and BLCA are the cancer types where CDCA5 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
