Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CDCA3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CDCA3 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher CDCA3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CDCA3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, HNSC, and PRAD are the cancer types where CDCA3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
