CDCA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDCA3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDCA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, FoxM1, and NF2. Each is linked with CDCA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDCA3-to-partner and partner-to-CDCA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by CDCA3-low versus CDCA3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDCA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDCA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
