CDC7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDC7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,187 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDC7-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM72B, KIF2C, and BUB1B. Each is linked with CDC7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC7-to-partner and partner-to-CDC7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDC7 versus FAM72B in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDC7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDC7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
